All RTS items are eligible for return within 7 days of the delivery date. You will get your full refund. After the 7 day mark only shop credit will be given. Items must not be worn and in "like new" condition.
If your item is lost you must contact your postal service.
If your item is damaged you must submitted a refund request within 3 days after the delivery date. After the 3 days damaged items will only be refunded for shop credit.
